Is this really happening? And it seems this was a mistake that the warrant was made public. Home Land Security just wants information on all the users of ATN’s X-Sight that links by an app to your smart phone so they can find out if any have been illegally shipped overseas. No specific data, they just want it all… everyone’s info. That sounds un-Constitutional to me. But I guess no one cares anymore. I guess freedom is an outdated concept that is going to die a little at a time. I’m sure a judge will issue the warrant and we will see if Apple and Google will give up the info.
