W.A.A.R on Monday

Last week, like most weeks, lots of things happened. Stay safe with some knowledge you might have missed.

Modern Day Gun Fighting Lawmen

Back in the day Lawmen where gun fighters. Some of them got into a crazy amount of shootouts. We think of Wyatt Earp and the like, but just 30 to 50 years ago there were a bunch of gun-fighting lawmen that I don’t think would make it in today’s PR world. They did things differently and against what we would call common knowledge in gun fighting today. But some how these men survived 20 plus gun fights and killed dozens of men trying to kill them.

Read some of their stories and what they say about learning to fight. They have been there and done that.

Decorated Marine Pilot Dies

Heroes that will risk their lives and careers are few and far between. We need more of them.

We lost a Marine hero just recently. Read his story and tell me that it isn’t something out of a movie. Also note, that pure violence isn’t new as the heroics Pitman is know for happened in 1973.

Go read General Pitman’s story
