Know Your Gear and Know Yourself
Today: Today is a Truck Talk Tuesday (TTT). Just you and me on a long drive sitting in the truck talking about guns and self-defense.
You need to know everything about your gear and your guns. And everything you can do with them.
I shot a competition (horribly) yesterday because I didn’t know where the rounds where hitting with the sites on my gun. I had no confidence in my gear and was just guessing the entire time. And I shot like that. Needless to say I lost.
Learn from this simple issue. Every piece of gear you use should be tested and understood by you. Then you should train, train, and train some more with that gear. It’s only your life that depends on it.
