- Multiple bags
- Big bags w/ heavy things
- Careful with it
- Some kind of fuse or detonator
- Signs of hidden stuff
- Other Signs
- Entire Bags going into trash cans
- Bags left by someone that is trying to make it look like he isn’t leaving it
- People Evacuating an area
- More then one of the same bag left in the open
- Bags left in weird places
What to Do
- Evacuate the area quietly
- Call police when safe (phone could set off)
- Give them any and all info you can
- Safe Distance
- There isn’t one just keep going
Bomber Tactics
- Kill lots of people
- Multiple Bombs
- Suicide bombers
- Rarely Act alone
- big Statement for their “cause”
