Skill and a Drill is a cheap, fun, and easy way to learn and work on your self defense handgun skills. For Only $50 you’ll get 2 hours of shooting and training. We start with a skill that is directly applicable to your self defense with a handgun. Then we shoot a fun drill just to see how fast we can do it. I know you see all these drills on the internet to shoot and they look like fun. But where do you get the chance to shoot these drills. And if you want to get better there will be an instructor to give you pointers as you shoot the drill. Or you can simply shoot the drill as many times as you want just to see how fast you can do it.
Every month in San Antonio Bob Mayne and I will be at the range the First Monday of the Month to teach a skill, and then do a fun drill.
The skills we will teach will be quick and give you some serious work with your handgun to make you better at self defense.
The drill will be something fun. Mostly we’ll take drills from all over the world and let you shoot them a lot of times, on a timer. It will make you faster and better, and be able to compete with yourself and everyone else. This competition is for bragging rights only (and maybe a simple prize from Bob and Me).
The first Monday of the month at A Place to Shoot in San Antonio, 6pm-8pm. Be there at 6 to get a safety brief and we’ll start shooting promptly.
