Today:  We discuss the court case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Darrin Mouzon as a tactical matter and a legal matter.  We look at the case from Mouzon’s point of view legally and tactically, but also look at the case from the victim’s point of view (King, couldn’t find his entire name on line).

When Mouzon used his gun in what I’d call a bar fight, was that legal? Should he have used force at all?  Was he legal to use force at all?  Should he have had his gun at the time?  Was he the bad guy?

Should King have intervened in a verbal altercation and turned it into a bar fight?  And if he was going to intervene physically, was that legal?  And he should have done it better if he was going to get involved because King ended up being shot and killed by Mouzon.

Mouzon went to prison for Man Slaughter but appealed to the Pennsylvania Supreme court that he acted in self defense.

There were more legal and tactical errors in this case then I think I’ve ever seen.  Listen to the podcast for a full break down.
