Action Jack Review

Maybe the Worst Product in Firearms!

Action Jack was shown to me a couple times and then one was given to me at Sparks Firearms to test.  It is an unsafe tool to use and you should learn how to rack the slide correctly not use some gimmick.

Stay Safe,

Ben

  1. The state owned telecommunications company, Telkom, possess the monopoly and squash all opposition. Always enter in the “2” value which suggests it is for the trusted sites security zones of Internet Explorer: In the above example, you will see it
is automatically applied in IE’s security zones for trusted sites and there
is no way for that end-users to incorporate or eliminate the list because it
really is managed by the system administrator using the Group Policy object
editor in Windows:. In addition, set a process restore point before you
make changes to your settings in Windows Vista.

  2. So the creator told you to only use this with an unloaded gun? If he’s marketing this for people to rack the slide back with, then how do you rack the slide to unload your gun and clear the bullet out of the chamber in order to use this product? And if you can, then why would you need this product? Seems like a self defeating statement.

    1. I have no idea what this guy was thinking. He is selling them at gun shows all the time and doesn’t really care about my opinion or the fact that a little teaching will solve the problem. He’s a CHL teacher that just gets a couple extra bucks by selling this piece of gear. I do wonder if he allows his students to use it during his class? I’ve seen him multiple times and he still talks to the owner of Sparks Firearms Gun Store but he doesn’t talk to me. Go figure. I would ask him if he talked to me. He hasn’t talked to me since the first time I refused to sell his product for him and brought up concerns of using his product on a loaded weapon. Not everyone is always going to like me; I guess?

  3. Hi Ben,
Your podcast is one of my favorites and I pass it on to all of my shooting buddies! Thank you VERY much for your honest eval on this one! I was very close to buying this for my wife and you just saved me some cash. Hey, question; My 16 year old son and I (in MI) shoot regularly and have both taken “draw and shoot” courses. However, I’d really like to take a course from you and Bob Mayne (praying for Bob), in TX. What is the lower age limit for your classes? Thought for a podcast: Training your kids in self defense, up to and including the use of firearms…
Last, (and you can strike this from the post if you want) I’ve started a web site to give away all the extra holsters I’ve accumulated over the years. I’m reviewing one about every 3 weeks and giving away a lot of good ones (re:REALLY good ones). There is also a discount for anyone that reads the Shaggy review… Basically, I thought that a good idea for a website would be one that lets us clean out our holster drawer, LOL! Check it out at http://www.hanks-holster-review.com If you have some opinions and a drawer to clean, I’d welcome a review from you! I’ll post Bob too.
Please stick with this, your experience is the thing that sets you apart and makes the podcast great! Luke 11:21

    1. Thanks for reading the site. I hate to do bad reviews, but I met a couple people at gun shows that have bought this product and I hate telling them that there is a better safer way. In minutes I teach them the correct way to rack the slide and within minutes everyone has it. It’s hardware trying to solve software issues.

I love your site and think everyone should get over and look at it. Lots of fun and good stuff!
