- Three women kidnapped, beaten, and raped for fourteen hours after the police failed to investigate a burglary in progress correctly, leading to the kidnappings.

- Law Enforcement not responsible for not enforcing a court order or the law
- Order Against a husband, who took the kids, murdered the 3 kids, then committed suicide by cop in a shoot out at the police station
- No law enforcement interactions or investigation, and court said they don’t have to.
