Mission
- One sentence “do this… so that…” with the end being the intent.
Execution
- How the missions is to be done
- What are individuals doing to accomplish the mission
- How does it all fit together
Administration and Logistics
- 5 Bs: Beans (food needed or resupplied), Bandages (what to do about injuries), Bullets (ammo to be carried or needed and resupply), Batteries (comms and extra batteries or recharges), Bad Guys (what to do with them at the end).
Command and Signal
- Who is in Command, who is second, third… and where they are
- What is the forms of communication, Primary, backup, and third string

Whew! Just listened to this one this morning. Acronyms wrapped in acronyms. It made my brain hurt, but I can see the utility. It’s funny how much of that I do without knowing that someone had all the steps outlined and neatly ordered. Excellent, useful information. Thanks Ben!
Thanks for the comment Phil. Yes the acronyms get crazy (and I hate acronyms). The only way I could remember them all was to have a list when I sat down to write an order.
