Can You Fight with a Handgun?

Handgun fighting is close, fast, and dirty.  One of the secrets we can use to win is moving.  In most gun battles, the good guy is behind the power curve.  Because we, the good people, don’t go looking for trouble, when it finds us, it normally has the drop on us and we are already one move behind.  The first indicator that something is wrong could be a gun or knife in your face.  Since a large number of gunfights follow the rule of threes (3 Yards, 3 Shots, 3 Seconds is the average gun fight), we need to move, draw, and then fight.  It’s not the best situation you could be in (in fact, a gun fight is probably the worst day of your life), but you can prevail.  With a little extra training, your chances of winning go way up.

Bob Mayne and I are teaching a course called Beyond Concealed Carry in Brownsville October 5.  For only $150, this course will give you the confidence to carry and fight with a handgun.  If you know how the gun works and just started, this class is for you.  If you are an advanced shooter, this class will go over some of the most important skills you can have to win a gunfight.  This class allows anyone to become better, safer, and more confident with a handgun.

In the class we will talk about gear selection, mindset, and when to use force.  You will be shooting up close, at multiple targets, and on the move.  Shooting will be quick, close, and down and dirty, just like a real fight.
This is an intermediate class for people that can already shoot.  We’ll start with holster work, reloading, then to multiple shots.  By the end of the day, you will be running up and down the range shooting on the move faster and more accurate than you thought possible.

Best of all you will enjoy the class.  It’s designed to be fun and exciting.  We joke and laugh the entire day.  This class is for you! Sign up here!

Stay Safe,

Ben
