What Can You Do?

Yesterday Tom Gresham started Operation Gun Rights on his radio show.  It’s not what you think it is.  He is insisting that we, the gun culture in America, call, write, or visit our Congressman and Senators once a week for the next 8 weeks.  I already emailed mine last week and will again this week.  I’m not going to tell you how, or what to say; I just think we the people need to let them know what they should do on our behalf.

I ask you to join me in this and email them once a week for the next 8 weeks.  Tell them what you think and what you want them to do.  Remember they work for you.

Here is where you can get info for your congress clown, and here is info to contact your senate clowns.

Leave a comment to let me know you are in.

Stay Safe,

Ben

  1. I’m in Ben! I am sending an email to each of my senators and my representative as that is the quickest way to reach them. I am also sending a paper letter with the same message to each person, also. The time it takes for mail to get through is quite long since the anthrax scare of a few years back. But I believe the paper letter carries a little more weight in their eyes. I means I have taken a little more time and effort to send the letter. We need to send as strong a message as possible.

Whenever I am confronted by an anti that asks why I am so adamant about keeping my guns, I ask them to watch “Schindler’s List”, which gives a very dramatic glimpse of what life is like when the only people with guns are the police and military. Please don’t take my recommendation wrong, I have nothing but the highest regard for our law enforcement officers and those serving in our military. But the German military started quite innocuously, as well, until the SS started taking over.

We are in the fight of our lives! We need to pull out all the stops!

Thanks for all you do, Ben! Keep up the great work!

    1. Thanks Soccerdad! I think we may actually be able to stop the stupidity. After seeing the President blink yesterday on national TV I’m very optimistic.
